    Yeah, I don't want to vocalize my thoughts in a public space at all, even if it is at night, and there is no one around, because there could be someone around that I am not aware of.

    It is not tourettes because it's not a repetitive word or phrase I am muttering. I seem to be more conscious about this in public, and thus able to control it better, (my parents don't really care, so I don't mind doing it in the privacy of my own home.) This has been happening my whole life...
