A 28 YO ATCK (adult third culture kid) and recently repatriated expat. Recovered from a 12 year battle against anorexia (only to wind up with a limited diet because of damage done.) Recently had my Asperger's Dx made official after self-diagnosing (which occured because studying all I could on ASD became one of my obsessions.) Multilingual & soon starting my studies in linguistic and philology (had to give up medicine and then virology as my body is a bit too weak to take the physical demands.)

Please note: I am a practicing Roman Catholic. I am not ashamed of being so but I won't bring it into conversations it doesn't really belong in and I refuse to trash anyone because they either are another religion or agnostic or atheist, etc. Same goes for anyone with a different belief about anything. I am not simple-minded or a sheep for being Catholic. I actually am rather intelligent and truly wound up returning to my cradle religion after years of scepticism and initially started believing after a logical investigation into it all. Please respect this.
