What you could get is noise isolating headphones but they are expensive supposed to let the small amount of sound in I presume

@Ragnahawk, yea I think this is going to take a bit of trial and error. I feel like they could be a bit addictive though!

@Streetwise I was just using generic wax ones, I ordered some EarJoy silicone ones though, since they are supposed to maintain quality of sound while lowering decibel level.
I think I inherited this from my mother she was a solicitor ( like an attorney but didn't represent anybody at court ) I remember her coming home and she lay on the settee( couch) like a doll without any stuffing ,she said she never got to sleep till 3 o'clock in the morning -every single day that she was at work ,she worried about her clients.
That never happens to me I end up making people angry

Either way, not a big deal! People lose me all the time, I just nod and jump back in the convo with the parts I do understand.XD It ends up hilarious at times!

Since this is an aspie forum, is it okay to just say I don't know how to respond to that?XD
After being out of pop for a week, chugging three mountain dews has turned me into a living representation of kinetic energy!XD
I hate conflict. Why do so many people seem to thrive on it?

Same. I don't understand why people feel the need either.

They want to 1up the person they think is lower than them. That or they like challenges. I prefer the ladder.
Ridiculously excited on this forum 'Wow, I do that too! and that! and that!!' (Cue signature over enthusiasm!)
