    Instant Pot cooking device, anyone?

I have a Thermomix. It's a HUGE investment but it has recipes on it and you just do what it says and press next. I've never screwed up a recipe in it (although my NT husband has burnt something in it!) I don't use it as often as I should (seeing as it's costing me £30/month for the next 3 years!!!)

    Asperger's and Metaphors

I really struggled with that at school, especially one time when we had to look at different texts for a chemistry assignment. One of the texts was AA Milne's Winnie the Pooh, the bit when they discovered the game Pooh Sticks. I just didn't get it - I wrote about their friendships and having...

    Asperger's and Metaphors

On a similar (but slightly different) note, I always struggled with puns when I was younger and have spent hours studying them to keep up with my family as I was horribly bullied by them for not being able to think of a pun quick enough. Assessments

I'm also waiting for an assesment, but was told that it was going to be a maximum of 90 days wait. Similarly to you I've had a diagnosis of Bipolar before, another time MH professionals said I had Borderline Personality Disorder. Hopefully I should be assessed and have my diagnosis by...

Don't Be Shy To Introduce Yourself

Thanks, Streetwise, I'm not just doing it for her, (that's just a positive extra) I've got to 32 in my life somehow muddling through, constantly copying everyone and now I can't seem to do it anymore and everything is crashing down around me. Also I'm in Wiltshire in the UK so I'm very grateful...

Don't Be Shy To Introduce Yourself

Hi, I'm Betbet, I'm 32 and waiting for an appointment to be officially tested/diagnosed with Autism/Aspergers. I'm a mother of two girls, the eldest of which seems to be displaying Asperger tendencies but as she's at a small all girls school they have no idea about autism (her previous class...
