    Yes this is helpful. I agree. Mental health issues can usually at least be improved with therapy/meds...whereas AS won't change. But I could have AS and anxiety, i suppose if the anxiety is caused by the AS then I can't expect much improvement to occur with meds/therapy?? Am I on the right track?
