    Carving pumpkins, do you?

    When I was a kid in the 1970s we used to make lanterns out of turnips rather than pumpkins. However in retrospect the smaller turnips were harder to hollow out so now I use pumpkins. When my niece and nephew were very young I made a pumpkin lantern with a candle inside and they loved it.:)

    Some threads don't interest me but when I do spot an interesting one I will always at least read the first few posts to see if its worth reading all of it and maybe post at the end.:)

    London man 'training to cure autism' filmed abusing client

    I saw this on TV a few weeks ago and was appalled. These "trainers" or whatever they choose to call themselves are no better than criminals who prey on the vulnerable. I just hope they are stopped before even more people get conned.:(
