Music in the Mind

Music has been one of my favorite things in life. It has many abilities for influence. Many people can be found listening to music. But if you really take a look at music and the benefits it has, then you will see where music is very helpful. Music can make you happier, lowers stress, improves health, helps you sleep better, reduces depression, helps with your mood while driving, strengthens learning and memory, reduces pain, and it can even raise IQ and academic performance. These are just a handful of what music can do.

If you are like me, then music will constantly be playing in your mind. My mind loves to copy and play music even when I am not listening to it. Soft music helps relax the mind and body and relieves it of everything that is supposed to be there. Sometimes just sitting down, relaxing, and listening to music is the best option even if you don't see it right away.
I don't you about everyone in the world, but music helps me function and accomplish things. Music has been my life. I play the piano and for many years, the piano has helped me gain a better understanding of myself.

I often research what different kinds of music does to the body. Most music is good for the mind. You have to be careful though. Some music, depending on the person, can actually cause problems. You must know what you can handle.

For me, I am more open when soft music is played. My mind can release positive energy and communication becomes more open and free. Music can work wonders if you allow it. I have listened to music for as long as I can remember and it has only helped. My mind now plays music automatically without me even listening to anything.

Next time you listen to music, take a deep breath and let the music take over.

I am constantly playing tunes in my mind (usually annoying ones). But I definitely agree that music is a great and healing part of my life. I honestly don't know if I'd have made it this far without. Glad you find solice in music too!

Music has carried me through some extremely dark times in my life, I honestly don't think I would be sane without it.

I get carried away in the story that a song tells sometimes, imagining that I'm right there with whomever or whatever.

It's also an amazing source of encouragement for me.
