Braunly's Brakes

I found out this last week that Braunly (pronounced brawn-lee) needed new brakes. All my anxiety went over the top. I found myself tipping over the edge. After taking some deep breaths I went to the auto part store and picked up the brake pads and rotors. In all reality, I didn't feel like going to the store, but Braunly made me go. On my way to my house dad's house to fix them, Braunly decided to drop brake. So my house dad said that he had to fix them as soon as possible. He really wanted to do it fast. We took off the rear tires to examine his brakes and found that they were down to nothing. My anxiety rose again at the thought of leaving Braunly with him and going home. Braunly is an essential part of my life and this was almost a tragedy for me. With a throbbing head, I reluctantly went home.
On my way home, I turned on my Josh Groban music and listened a while. That was then that I realized that Braunly and I would be okay and that everything would be fine.
Stress and anxiety are hard on most people, but I have found that a warm shower or bath, deep breathing, and some music can calm me down. It seems that stress is a big problem with people. If you focus on what is truly important, then stress and anxiety will decrease and you will find yourself enjoying life better. A simple life is better than a complicated one. Really watching out for stressful things and situations that can cause stress is important. A SIMPLE LIFE well lived will prove better in the long run. Maybe think of how you can simplify your life more and then try it just as I am trying to do.
