In a difficult position...(rant)

I don't mean to be emo or anything negative, I'm just calling it as I see it, but I noticed that the people who screw over others get away with it and are often times praised for their actions. For example, I was bullied constantly in high school and my only hope for making out of there alive was knowing that these people would get their "reward", but I actually see these same people getting promoted or succeeding where I have failed. I've tried, I really have! I struggle with anxiety, OCD and of course Asperger's and do my best to push through, but I barely make a dent where as these jerks fly by with ease. It makes me wonder if the universe (or God, if you're religious) is laughing at me. Ugh!

I can relate. People who have cast me off seem to be doing fine without me, and I'm still struggling to be a successful, responsible adult. I also have anxiety, depression, and Asperger's and found that focusing on any small successes and not comparing myself to others is very helpful at times. I hope others can appreciate the accomplishments you make and thoughtful things you do.
