The objective of this research is to focus on what specific Job Demands and Job Resources are best suited to increase Job Engagement and in individuals with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) and will aim to prevent workplace Strain; from an individual perspective.

You will find attached to this message a copy of the participant information form that has to be read, signed and sent back to my email address which has been provided in the form. The information form is actually 5 pages in total as I have provide you with an idea of what is meant by each of the variables being considered, such as what is meant by Job Demands and Job Resources.
