Chaos.

Society says you should do this. I agree. My mind and body say no, but not before allowing me to get my hopes up to intensify the disappointment afterwards.

Okay: improvise, adapt, overcome. I try to do that instead. My mind and body say maybe, but first let's do something more interesting and exciting. So progress is slow.

Time to quit those interesting and exciting obstacles, one of them in particular. It's actually not that interesting, and the excitement is very limited. More of a distraction.
