Lady Penelope is breathing because she is in labour and she's giving birth to her new baby. Parker is desperately trying to help her. She is screaming and groaning in pain.
LADY PENELOPE
NNNNNRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHH!!! Parker, HELP ME! She's coming out!
PARKER
It's okay, m'lady, just keep pushing. She's almost 'ere!
LADY PENELOPE
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! HELP!!!
PANEL 2:NNNNNRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHH!!! Parker, HELP ME! She's coming out!
PARKER
It's okay, m'lady, just keep pushing. She's almost 'ere!

MINUTES LATER.
Penelope's new baby has finally emerged, all healthy and beautiful. The new baby (who is me) snuggles into Penelope's arms as she and Parker look on proudly, Penelope in happy tears over her new child.
PARKER
Would you believe it, m'lady? It's an 'ealthy baby girl.
LADY PENELOPE
(sobbing happily)
This is the happiest day of my life. All this time I wanted a child, Parker. I didn't because of infertility in my finishing school long ago. Now, here I am. With a child of my own.
(to her new baby)
Welcome to the world, darling. I'll always protect and look after you.
