I am 20 years old and was recently diagnosed with Asperger syndrome. I have been a member of WrongPlanet for some time but to be honest I find it to be a rather hostile environment at times. I get very sick of the "What do you hate most about NTs?" threads so I decided to join AC because after a quick look around it seems to be much friendlier and slower paced.

PS: I am having a problem with activating my account. I got the email and clicked the link, but it links to a page that says my account has already been activated. But when I click on "My Profile" to try and change my avatar etc, it says I don't have permission. What should I do? :S
