Do you transfer hatred of yourself , and assume others hate you? Term in psychology for this: Ex of Transference
Parental transference. This happens when you see someone else in your life as a mother or father figure and transfer your feelings about your parent onto them.
Like your parents think you are a problem, therefore you think complete strangers are like parents, and therefore
they think the same thing.

Can you see Tony, this is faulty thinking, you assume everyone thinks like your parents do. I may have suffered some of the same in high school, but luckily l moved away from my parents, then l discovered my parents were wrong. l am okay.
