Personally I think reliving the hurt from social rejection will make your emotional state far worse, its a painful process. Unless you can make some meaning from it and use your pain to help others in a similar plight. Otherwise it's picking scabs.

CBT is only as effective as how much you engage with it. It will help with 'stinking thinking' and the secondary suffering it causes.

Secondary suffering = additional suffering that is caused by your thoughts about your shunning. It is separate from the suffering directly caused by the shunning.

Ruminating on threads here and the brutal criticism received is secondary suffering. All of it leads to more futile suffering than the initial ostracism caused.

I wish some people here would stop poking you, it's poor as you're seriously, CLINICALLY unwell with bipolar and very volatile and unstable at the moment.

You're a big risk for self harm and youve made that clear in public here. No good comes from sharing your frustrations, I wouldn't do it, in fact it's harmful to your wellbeing.
