What ramen do you use? When I had it in Japan, it would not spike my blood sugar. It was probably made with high protein wheat.

I use the Korean beef Gomtang noodles, those go well with kimchi.

We just found Juk Ramen and Ton Katsu Ramen at the new Asian store, wow.

Add eggs, slice of beef or cut up wieners along with chopped onions. It's the bomb.
