It sound like a cognitive distortion - a false story your brain creates and tells so many times that it becomes an automatic thought. Chances are there is no evidence that this thought is true. Noticing you are doing this is a good first step.

The next step would be to create a different story to tell yourself. Maybe instead of "everyone is angry at me," you start to tell yourself, "I'm feeling insecure about my relationships with others..." or whatever the case may be.
