Good idea. Then you can not only get exercise, there may be bike clubs you can join for organized rides. In 2000 I went to a recumbent tadpole trike (two wheels front, one rear) because of a herniated disc in my neck. I enjoy it tremendously. Tadpole trikes are fun. Mine is an ICE Sprint.

Great idea! With riding a bike it's best to just go for it. The faster you go the easier balancing is. It's like a leap of faith.
