Telling yourself that seems to be quite satisfying,
other wise why bother doing it so often?

Exactly how does this help you, telling yourself
that you're a loser?

One way could be that you hope people will say
*No no, not true. You're a fine fellow...etc*

That's happened in the past, hasn't it?

You shouldn't call yourself a loser. You're pushing yourself down mentally. You should say "maybe I haven't achieved all my goals yet, but I'm a winner and I will not give up!". In this world you're the only one who can make you a winner, you have to tell yourself that.
