No you're avoidant.

When you get a big project, break it up into bits. I used to break the paper up into sections, and ensure I wrote at least 200 words per day. At the end of the week, it was mostly done.

You really should work on it a bit. Turning something in, even if it isn't perfect, is better than doing nothing. It can make the difference between a passing grade and a failing one.
