Thanks @Kisa the tea ! So far today I've had a small glimmer of what it used to be like, I don't feel particularly sick and I have been able to do more already! So fingers crossed! :)

What does it help you do better, emotional regulation, calmness, no agitation? Just curious, only answer if you want.

It helps with depression for sure. Without the medication, I get racing thoughts, it's almost like having a room full of people trying to get your attention. It also seems to help with anxiety. It basically keeps your mood more or less consistent within a normal range...

...I'm feeling more able to just get on with things without this shaky, nauseous, anxious feeling interrupting me. I'm still in pain of course, but what ability I do have seems to more available to me. Hope this makes some sense :)

Great. That underlying uneasiness. I sometimes fight with that. It's hard to explain to people. I tell myself, things will be okay. ;)

I think it's a hard thing for some people to understand. But I guess when you experience it yourself you recognise it in other people. I hope that you don't have to fight with it too often @Aspychata :)

I also hate messy houses, l am on a major clean up now, that creates uneasiness.
