Yes indeed. I've seen people in both Superior and City court make quite a scene just to get out of jury duty. And that was many years ago. Quite entertaining at times. I'm guessing it's even tougher now. You might want to bring all the appropriate medical documentation to back your assertions.

Then again, telling the court you're an insurance underwriter is a sure-fire way to avoid serving on any civil suit....lol.
