Do you think you may be sleep deprived? I don't experience hallucinations normally, but sometimes if I have been awake for more than 18 hours I feel like I start hearing things. I hope you feel better soon.

I'll hear voices, sometimes. I think it is something like always seeing faces in things ... some random noise I'll think is voices. And when there ARE voices and I can't hear what they are saying, I can get paranoid thinking they are talking of me. I've figured out they usually aren't :)
