Thanks! I will post about how well things go @Aspychata :-) The medication is called Propanalol, it's a beta blocker. I guess there may be others here that might be interested in how well it works etc. So my experience may be useful. I've just taken my first dose so we shall see how it goes! :-)

Medication is hit or miss, the best doctors try to calibrate but it's tweaking the meds to be effective, so it's communication between you and your doctor. If it's not effective, let them know, and a good doctor will try something else if changing dosage isn't working. It's a constant tweaking, heads up to you.

I would be interested as well, for you to share. I have high blood pressure and do ok w/ beta blockers in general.

Well so far, I think I feel it helping a little :) I was worried that it may make me dizzy or something but assuming it's fully in my system now I feel ok. Perhaps a bit more relaxed than usual. :)
