I'm wondering if it is a food intolerance that you don't know about. Maybe keep a record of what you are eating and see if there is a trigger item? Companies like hiding things in the ingredients.

Some of it is definitely a food intolerance, which I have documented and definitely explains the indigestion, but I've also been having cold/flu-like symptoms that come and go and show up randomly. Sometimes I feel very dizzy, disoriented, shaky, cold, and faint, for seemingly no reason. I have been tested for things like lupus and diabetes before and I don't have either.

Though this wouldn't explain the cold/flu symptoms I wonder if blood pressure/sugar levels might have something to do with the rest. You can buy a blood pressure checker relatively cheaply. Not sure if there is a similar thing for sugar levels.
