There's no emoji to click on that fits this, it all sounds awful. Such bad luck but at least you didn't injure yourself more badly. Falling like that can get really bad, hitting your head, breaking things and such.

Thankfully I don’t think anyone heard me screaming and swearing, but I was bleeding uncontrollably and got right in the car and went to the emergency room!
