I’ve seen quite a lot of positive change in my country in the last few years and it made me happy to think that perhaps some of my lobbying helped influence decisions. I wrote a lot of letters to a lot of people and very few of them were acknowledged, yet I’d see interviews and press releases where people used my wording and that also gave me a nice warm feeling.

Today I got a direct request from an agency to be able to use one of my letters and some of my stories in the next round of government budget submissions.
