@Aspychata, any good recommendations for YouTube cooking shows? I miss the old fashion television shows where they actually just showed you how to make things instead of all the competition. I like Julia Child style.

Last night I actually impressed Maddog by cooking some Ramen, seasoned it in the broth without the flavor packet until it was almost covered, sealed it up, and separated yolks from three eggs and saved the whites.
