Be safe. Make sure that you take care of yourself. If they are fighting each other, stay of it. And if you have to take action, call the emergency services instead. =)

Be careful. Sometimes situations get out of hand, and it's damaging for everyone. These patterns become enmeshed, fighting constantly, they become normal. It's horrible. It's not good for you or your sister. Can you leave the house?

Well it's just off and on some days they're good to each other and then like the next two after that somebody says something the wrong way and like you can hear them standing from the driveway.

I mean maddog isn't like he used to be at all anymore. He quit dr***ing a long time ago and we've been very careful not to speak about it in case it subliminally triggers it again. In fact the few times a can of beer has been in the house lately he even outright stated he doesn't care for it now. He actually agreed with all of us that he did not like how it made him feel. So there's a +1
