The fact that these are all very small towns and that I have probably crossed paths with this psychopath at some point since I've lived here is really sickening. I hope he gets brought to justice for what he did to that poor woman.

This article leaves out some of the details but I know most of the story from talking to people who are familiar with this family and the case.
I live in a neighboring town that is about a 5-10 minute drive from here.

They say the only charges being brought against him at the moment are "misleading police" but I think the fact that they found bloody knives and hacksaws and that he was Googling how to hide a body are pretty damning evidence and more info will probably be released soon.

I am so sorry you have this happening in your community, Luca; it has to be terrifying. If that fellow is guilty hopefully he's put away for a long time.

That is damning evidence indeed. I wonder how many cases the police solve simply by looking at peoples search history.
