I know this comes pretty late, but I just want you to know that though I completely agree with @Misery that you have been super helpful, you don't need to contribute something meaningful on the forums. Plenty of people come here just to went or ask for advice and then leave, and that's alright.

Not bringing some new insight to every conversation is not a failing on your part. If you feel the need to take a break or are exhausted, then I hope it will be helpful. However, I hope you realize that your low opinion of yourself stems from depression and trauma/PTSD, and is not at all based on how you come across on the forums where you are a highly valued member.

Thank you. My PTSD does significantly lower my self esteem. I always feel like I’m not enough. And my parents make me feel like I’m not enough.
