a house with 28, not bad. is that normal in the USA? in germany it would be quite rare I guess. I don´t know, but I think most people only buy a house when they are to two (couple) for building a family (kids). and the mostly is owned from the bank in fact. they have to take a credit.

and most people are older. some live with their family until mid or end twenties.
