This sounds like a disability lawsuit to me. But you need to find an attorney who is will to up against whole foods.

Do everything by certified mail when you notify corporate headquarters. An law office would give them a time frame to rectify your problem. So state time, date, store location, and who it was that said this to you.

In Florida, we had to allow dogs but they had to have a vest like that was a service dog uniform. Otherwise it was up to us if we let them in. They also told us to ask for a letter saying they were a service dog but we never did that. This is a huge corporate restaurant seafood.

If they realized you're a professional dog trainer who uses a service dog -- Lawsuit might net you some money.
