It’s not a problem to have all of them at once, and there are controlled areas where they’re allowed to be off leash.

@Forest Cat It is awful! Autumn is probably my favorite season but once it gets past Halloween, I’m miserable

Out of the 2 dog parks promised in my city, one was a mock [the other was inexistent] and as soon as I google marked it for dog lovers, they get their workers in to start construction, and me, as hopeful as I was that someone actually called the mayor house about the illegal doings to put some pressure on the issue...
