you´re just getting old luca (joke). no I don´t have that. I had only that my shoulders cracked, because I had bracings, but when I did stretch exercises, it went away. maybe try that too? or more movement?

Deep knee bends? (I know that sounds like exactly what-not-to-do.)
In the past 2 years, my knees have improved through the daily [gentle]
deep knee bends I have been doing.

Started with 2, brief pause, then 3 more. In a day.
Eventually working into 5 in a row, no pause.
And more than one set in a day.

Has reduced the knee noise.

Thanks :) I'll read those articles right now. It's more the pain than the creaking that's concerning, but both are weird.
