    the best way would be too move out and get some friends, work, hobbies and concentrate on that/them. you can not really distance yourself from your family, when you still live with them, that not really works. I think moving out is the only way that could help you, no matter how long you procastrinate it. and it´s not that untypical for a guy to move out with 26. I moved out with 18.
