I had her Facetime me so I could prove that it was her. It definitely is, just in her 30s now lol. She said she has been trying to find me for years and had no luck (probably since I changed my first name), but she found my name and picture on a dog training website so she contacted me.

She wants to have lunch with me tomorrow. And she has 3 beautiful little girls who she wants me to meet. I cannot believe she found me after all this time. We were from the same adoption agency but went to different foster homes and I never saw her again. She is also Hispanic.

That's amazing that I made enough of an impression on a young child that she has continued looking for me 22 years later. We cried on the phone.

This is like a Hallmark Movie story lmao. Except it's happening to me in my actual life!
