The housing market being what it is, it's actually impeding my ability to go and commit to a full time job.
I should have gone ahead & bought that old bus awhile ago & built a motor home.

Thinking: When I was young and getting started, little old ladies were very happy to rent me their basements, studio flats etc that they had in their main homes. But it's probably different if you're a male going around looking for accommodation options? I mean, young employed neat tidy female with good education and references, that's usually first on the property owners' wishlist for that kind of accommodation.

@Callistemon the male thing is a fact, as well as the inability I have to live in a typical "urban" studio apartment. Autism again messes with me.
HOWEVER, I'm going to go look at an antique RV this weekend for free.
