@Gerontius Not necessarily. The person answering the phone has some options, regarding the freedom to be as fictional/absurd/troll-y as desired. Some telemarketers seem pretty put off by me asking, in a small naive voice, if they are my *G'andma* and do they got cookies? And are you coming over soon and we get ice c'eam?

Perfection, @tree. The Policemen's Benefit callers who would call up asking me to donate so PTSD-victim cops could buy weapons(seems dangerous) quit bothering when I put on the voice of an old woman and pretended to be "Julia" the Old Lady Who Has Cats & Is Also A Lesbian--
