Is this something that paracetamol won't really address? Hot water bottle? I had this really badly as a young adult and it is extra painful. It's important to get checked out for endometriosis if you're regularly in pain - to make sure it's not that.

I have PCOS (ovarian cysts), and I recently came off the pill since I'm not interested in having sex. That was a mistake. I had an IUD but it got dislodged and had to be removed.
Having had cysts that burst, I think period pains are the lesser of two evils.
I did take Tylenol and had caffeine and it helped :)

Calcium carbonate indigestion tablets ,warm non caffeinated drinks lie with your knees in foetal position will ease muscles around uterus ,warm hot water bottle ,small amounts of bread every 15 minutes :)

@Callistemon "The rage in my pelvis" title made me LOL. That's a totally accurate description! It feels like I'm being ripped apart.
I will have to look into some of those herbal supplements. I do have a heating pad though. I just don't like plugging it in when my dogs are on my bed.
