Eating habits are a funny thing. I don't know if this would work for you but intermittent fasting is an amazing way to lose weight.

I slowed down on eating until my stomach shrunk, which took several months. Now I cannot eat a big meal without feeling physically ill, but I have the consolation of knowing I did what I could to prevent some illnesses. Unfortunately that might

not have been the best idea on my part, as it blurred the line between healthy eating & eating disorder.

I eat maybe 1 or 2 meals a day. Certainly saves money on the grocery bill. Will eat more if I am more active.

This is all something very tricky to deal with but anyway I think you'll be OK in the long run if you can work with it some.

I used to be anorexic and weighed 75lbs at one point so I’m not sure that’s a good idea :/ But I definitely seem to still have eating disorder tendencies…
