That's nice that you'll be going hiking on Friday. Although, Im sorry it won't be warmer for you. I quite enjoy hiking, myself. I am in California at the coast, and it was much colder, here, today, than it was in your part of the country. We've been having very unusual weather, here, throughout the past year.

By the way. I think we have some things in common. I am also Portuguese and Spanish (for the most part), and I, too, was a figure skater. I had seen you mention these details about yourself, some time, ago, however, at the time, I was too shy to mention that we had these things in common.

Thank you for your good wishes. It hasn't been too cold to hike, fortunately. I hope your weather takes a turn, before your scheduled hike on Friday.

Do you enjoy the snow? I do, but, I know if you live where it snows, it could be different. We go up, into the CA mountains, or to Colorado, to be among snow. I love to ski. Do you ski? Forgive me if I'm talking too much. No pressure to reply, of course.
