I like it. It might have a dark colour scheme but it's very atmospheric. On first glance, I thought it was impressionistic but there's too much detail.

I don’t know too much about art, but I don’t think he was an impressionist. He was a Victorian-era painter who did mostly nightscapes. I’m usually unmoved by most art, but I find his paintings absolutely breathtaking.

If you like him, you might also like some impressionists. I'm unfamiliar with Victorian-era paintings though. Continental Europe differed in style to Great Britain at the time.
