Clueless in Canada
I have many accidents in the kitchen but would not trust myself to perform surgery. I tend to have shaky hands though a surgeon I had to see recently told me some surgeons do have shaky hands except during surgery.

I love cooking, I’m just a klutz. But strangely enough I don’t have those issues when I’m working.
