Initial assessment and follow-up appointment gave strong indications of attention deficit disorder and adjustments have allowed me to get back to my studies. I wish I knew all this decades ago, my life would have been so much easier.
On a stress break from my PhD studies, trying to work on self-esteem/worth, PTSD, memory and focus issues. Going for an ADHD assessment in a few weeks.
Submitted the Thesis, I was stressed because I've never written anything this long and I had been working on it all year.
