Made my day. It becomes a compliment and courage fling if they say it, or they are aware they are joking since they are one and the same person. When they hear it from others, they may think it's negative, that they were perceived as being nasty. Only someone they trust with their life may be allowed to say it safely, maybe not even them, out of fear of being disrespected.
