Yes, but honestly it makes no sense to me.

They are Random Generators, for recombining ideas. If you click the button marked "Change" on the most recent one, you will see results. Click again, for another result. This particular one has over 100 million combinations. Writers & artists (and school kids) use generators to develop ideas, or just as jokey things.
