  • Does anyone feel that they lack an identity? I don’t feel like I identify strongly with anything much or anyone. It makes me feel very lost

I feel lost (a good word for it), for several years now too.
When I was a kid, I highly identified with the Mr. Spock character.
In school I was always thinking things like "What would Spock do?"

Now it's just like it's just Me. Whatever that is.
And I don't treasure my own company!
Is it possible to improve without getting official help? I tried and it didn’t work so not sure what to do now. Any thoughts appreciated x

When I was diagnosed, I was told there is no medication or treatment available to help me. What I found has helped me was research and practice. I learned a lot. I studied communication, psychology, relationships, and lots of things. I still struggle, but not like I was. So yes it's totally possible to improve without official help. :)
I need to talk, please can someone be there for me? Please

Have you tried the chat room? People are usually there, to chat and stuff. Best wishes
