It seemed really strange, the first time I read "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner".....the way the Mariner regards the sea snakes. And how his guilt is removed because of it.

Sea snakes are totally non aggressive and I've had them all around me diving with no fears because of this. Plus their mouths are tiny so there's only one or two places on the body where they can bite you. Now I know I took this statement of yours literally, LOL- maybe you were referring to something else entirely. :)
