Do you mean over your self-diagnosis? I've been formally diagnosed and I am still trying to stop myself thinking she's made a mistake. Don't let other people put doubts in your head

Yes, I think I’ve had so many people doubt me that I learned to doubt myself. If that makes Sense.

And I have a thing where I can glance at peoples faces that I’m comfortable with and kind of look through them. Which makes it look like I’m looking at them but I’m concentrating on something beyond them.

That also makes me think that I’m exaggerating

I understand what you mean. The more you read and realise, the firmer what you believe will become. Hang in there

I sometimes think maybe it’s my meds that help me. I’m on 90mg daily of adderall, so could it be the stimulant helping me look closer to someone’s face? Idk but when confronted, it’s like a light switch! Head down, mouth shut, no idea how to act

I'm not sure how these meds work, but its possible. I hate it when strangers try to start a conversation with me, I'm lucky if I can get a smile or a "yeah" out a lot of the time.
